Juan Antonio Ivars Valle, known as “Toni,” is the founder of the company “TONILUX.” He began his career working as a construction laborer at a construction company in Calpe, where he learned the trade from the ground up. Over time, he mastered the different areas of home construction and became a First Class Foreman.
Throughout these years, Toni gained extensive experience in all fields of residential construction. His responsibility and attention to detail in each project earned him the trust and satisfaction of his clients.
After ten years working for a construction company and feeling prepared to face any challenge in the construction field, Toni decided to take the plunge and work on his own. In 1995, he began his new venture as a self-employed contractor, carrying out all kinds of renovation and masonry work. His experience and skill grew with each project, tackling increasingly complex and significant tasks.
Driven by positive customer reception and increasing demand, Toni expanded his team, mentoring and overseeing his workers while continuing to actively participate in the most complex and delicate projects.
In 1997, Toni embarked on his first major renovations, and shortly thereafter, completed his first total construction project: a Mediterranean-style detached villa with a swimming pool. Since then, he has built numerous villas Mediterranean and modern styles, with infinity pools and spacious areas with large windows.
Toni’s dedication and hard work have enabled him to build a wide portfolio of satisfied customers. His seriousness, consistency, and ability to meet his clients’ expectations have been key to his success. Toni’s best advertising has been word-of-mouth, both from individual clients and from property managers, homeowners’ associations, real estate agencies, and maintenance companies.
As the volume of work and business continued to grow, Toni decided to formalize his company. Thus, “Toni Construcciones Deluxe, S.L.” was born, commercially known as “TONILUX”. with 3 decades of experience, TONILUX continues to grow in terms of both the number of clients and the volume of business, always maintaining customer satisfaction as its primary objective.
